Where can I spend my Laura Ashley gift card?
Laura Ashley Gift Cards can be purchased online and used in all Laura Ashley Stores in the UK and Ireland.
However, whilst Gift Cards can be purchased online and supplied in either Euros or £ Sterling they cannot
be redeemed online. Gift Cards can be posted anywhere in the UK and Ireland. Please note: Gift Cards
are only valid for 12 months. In the event of 12 months of consecutive non-use, the card will expire
and any balance remaining will be deducted.
What is the helpline number for online gift card purchases?
With regard to online purchases of Laura Ashley Gift Cards, you can contact us via e-mail at
lauraashley@voucherexpress.co.uk or call our helpline on 0871 200 1597 Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm. Please
quote your order number when you contact us.
What will happen after I place my order online?
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery
date we will send you another e-mail informing you that your gift card has been despatched. If we are
not able to process your order, we will contact you by e-mail.
What are the payment methods online?
We accept Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards including Delta & Electron, Mastercard, Maestro (UK)
/ Switch and American Express.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".
What do I do if I want to order a gift card over the value of £250 online?
To place an order please call 0871 200 1597 Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm.
Can I send a personal message with the gift card?
Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message before you purchase your gift card online.
Do you offer Next Day Delivery Service?
Next Working Day delivery service is available and costs £4.95. If you require Next Working Day delivery,
please call 0871 200 1597 to place an order. Orders must be placed by midday for Next Working Day Delivery.
Is there an expiry date on a Gift Card?
Laura Ashley Gift Cards will expire after 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
