Using Laura Ashley Gift Cards

• Laura Ashley Gift Cards can be purchased online and used in all Laura Ashley stores in the UK and Ireland.  However, whilst Gift Cards can be purchased online and supplied in either Euro or £ Sterling they cannot be redeemed online.  Gift Cards can be posted anywhere in the UK and Ireland.  Please note: Gift Cards are only valid for 18 months.  In the event of 18 months consecutive non-use, the card will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted. 

Ordering Laura Ashley Gift Cards

• You can buy up to £250 worth of cards in a single transaction online. If you'd like to order more, please call our corporate gift card team on 0871 200 1597.
• You can pay using Visa debit cards including Delta & Electron, Mastercard, Maestro (UK) / Switch and American Express. Your order and payment will be processed and despatched by Voucher Express. Your debit/credit card statement will show "Voucher Express".
• You will be able to specify a personal message for your greeting card which will be despatched with the cards.

Delivery of cards

• Next working day delivery is available on all amounts and costs £4.95. To order please ring our helpline on 0871 200 1597. Orders must be placed by midday for next working day delivery.
• For standard deliveries your gift cards will usually be despatched after within 2 working days, unless you wish to specify an alternative delivery date beyond that.
• We deliver to any UK address with a Royal Mail postcode. Please note that the Royal Mail delivery service requires a signature on receipt for all gift card orders over £30. If no-one is there to sign for the cards, a card will be left by the postman with instructions on what to do.
• We deliver Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays, and there are limited deliveries between 24th December - 4th January.
