Terms and Conditions

1. Sales of  TK Maxx Gift Cards made via links from tkmaxx.com are managed and fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading company of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: 169725424
2. TK Maxx Gift Cards supplied by this website are in £ sterling which can be redeemed in all UK and Northern Irish stores. Please note, £ sterling cards cannot be spent in TK Maxx stores in Eire. TK Maxx Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment on merchandise in store. Purchases made in store with gift cards are not refundable in cash.
3. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
4. Your Gift Card will expire after 24 months of consecutive non-use (unthinkable), and any remaining balance will be deleted ('use' will include balance enquiry in store).
5. TK Maxx Gift Cards cannot currently be spent online.
6. Gift Cards ordered through the Voucher Express site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £30 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
7. Gift cards will normally be despatched by Voucher Express within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor TK Maxx shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs,damages, charges or other expenses.
8. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor TK Maxx has liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of delivery.
9. Voucher Express is not directly linked to TK Maxx or any TK Maxx company and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by TK Maxx and TK Maxx companies. For the same reason, TK Maxx shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed solely by Voucher Express.
10. Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
11. Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Voucher Express". We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. TK Maxx will not be given access to your payment information.
12. TK Maxx Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in TK Maxx stores.
13. Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales.  Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 
14. Force Majeure ; Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
15. Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
