Where can I spend my Gift Card?
Gift cards can be spent in the following stores, Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Outfit, Topshop, Topman and Wallis in the UK.
The card may be presented in full or part payment of merchandise in-store. The amount of purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card.

How do I top-up my Gift Card?
Present this card at any till point in-store and inform the sales advisor of the amount to be added. Alternatively top-up online here.

How do I know how much is left on my Gift Card?
The balance outstanding will be displayed on receipts, issued when the card is used to make a purchase or when topped-up.
The card balance can also be checked in-store or by checking your balance online.

How do I register my Gift Card?
Registering your gift card helps protect it in the event of loss or theft. You can register online by clicking here.

Buying your gift card online

Who do I contact about my online Gift Card purchase?
If you have purchased your gift card online you can contact us via e-mail at outfit@voucherexpress.co.uk or call our helpline 0870 240 8238, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

How will I know when my online order is processed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Two days before your requested delivery date you will receive another e-mail informing you that your gift vouchers have been despatched to your chosen recipient.

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail.

On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been unjustly failed, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.

How will my gift card be delivered?
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. All gift voucher orders over £30 need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery charges do vary depending on the amount ordered.

Next Working Day Delivery - £4.00

Next working day delivery is available on all amounts and costs £4. Please ring our helpline on 0870 240 8238, to place an order for next day delivery.
Please note that we can not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If there is no-one available to sign for the vouchers on arrival, a card will be left by the postman informing the occupant that an attempted delivery was made. The gift card(s) will then be taken to the local Royal Mail Enquiry Office, where they will await collection by the recipient.

Limited delivery will take place in week immediately after Christmas. For further details of this, please ring our helpline. Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we do advise customers to order early for Christmas delivery.

We can deliver to any BFPO address and addresses in the Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. We are unable to deliver to any other international addresses. Please note that gift card(s) are in sterling value and can only be spent in the UK with the exception of Eire where the Euro exchange rate will be applied.

What if I've made a mistake on my order?
If you have made a mistake on your order, please ring our helpline 0870 240 8238 and we will do our best to correct it for you.

Do gift cards have an expiry date?
Gift cards do not have an expiry date and can be spent at any of the stores detailed above.

What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express' and the charge will be taken in Sterling and converted into your own currency if necessary.

Can I order larger amounts of vouchers?
