Where can I spend my Rugby Store Gift Cards?

Rugby Store gift cards are supplied in £ sterling and can be redeemed in store at Twickenham Stadium & York Street; via mail-order on 0870 405 2003 or on-line www.rfu.com/therugbystore (note mobile units may not be able to process gift cards)

How do I contact The Rugby Store Online Gift Cards?

You can contact us via e-mail at RFU@voucherexpress.co.uk or call our helpline 0870 2422592, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

How will I know when my order is processed?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Two days before your requested delivery date you will receive another e-mail informing you that your Gift Cards have been despatched to your chosen recipient.

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail.

On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been unjustly failed, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.

How are my Gift Cards delivered?

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. All Gift Card orders over £30 need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery charges do vary depending on the amount ordered.

Next working day delivery is available on all amounts and costs £4.95. Please ring our helpline on 0870 2422592, to place an order for next day delivery.

Please note that we can not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If there is no-one available to sign for the Gift Card(s) on arrival, a card will be left by the postman informing the occupant that an attempted delivery was made. The Gift Cards will then be taken to the local Royal Mail Enquiry Office, where they will await collection by the recipient.

Limited delivery will take place in the week immediately after Christmas. For further details of this, please ring our helpline. Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we do advise customers to order early for Christmas delivery.

We can deliver to any BFPO address and addresses in the Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. We are unable to deliver to any other international addresses. Please note that The Rugby Store Gift Cards are in sterling value.

What if I've made a mistake on my order?

If you have made a mistake on your order, please ring our helpline 0870 2422592 and we will do our best to correct it for you.

Do The Rugby Store cards have an expiry date?

The Rugby Store cards will expire after 24 months of non use; a balance enquiry is considered a use.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express' and the charge will be taken in Sterling and converted into your own currency if necessary.

Can I order larger amounts of Gift Cards?

It is possible to order larger amounts of giftcards. Please call our helpline on 0870 2422592.
