Our standard delivery charges are based on the overall cost of your purchase.
If the total price of goods purchased is £30 or below then delivery is charged at £1.00. In this instance delivery is made by Royal Mail 1st class post.
If your order is between £30 and £90 then the delivery charge is £2.95. This covers delivery by Royal Mail Registered Post which involves a signature on arrival
For orders over £100 a delivery charge of £4.95 is made. This covers delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery which also requires a signature on arrival.
Voucher Express also offers a guaranteed same day despatch service. This is available on all orders, irrespective of value, placed before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday. Whilst this does not guarantee that your order will be delivered the next working day it does ensure your order is prioritised and in most cases next day delivery is achieved.
Please note we are unable to make deliveries on a Sunday.
Unless you are using our next day service, please allow up to three working days for orders to be delivered. At peak delivery times such as Christmas normal deliveries may incur delays and we would advise that orders placed for special occasions are made in good time.
Deliveries are made normally Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and can be made to any UK postal address.
