The service includes the development of a ‘white-labelled’ transactional microsite. The microsite has the same branding, logos and brand colours etc of the main retailer website; whilst still being hosted and managed by Voucher Express. From the web user’s point of view, the journey from retail website to white-labelled microsite is seamless as it appears that they are still on the retailer website.

To support the online sales service, Voucher Express provides an experienced customer solutions team that can deal with any telephone or email based enquiries associated with the online service. Voucher Express acts as an extension of the retail online service, answering calls and enquiries under the guise of the relevant retailer.

The Gift Card & Gift Voucher Microsites are all based on a standard template which leads the customer through the order process with options in terms of value, delivery date, wallet designs, message options, delivery to secondary addresses, delivery upgrades etc. If the standard template does not meet your requirements, talk to us! We can develop bespoke amendments to the standard template where required.

The white-labelled microsites can transact in either Sterling or Euro and offer next working day delivery throughout the UK & Ireland. All gift packages are assembled and despatched by the Voucher Express team and include retail branded packaging and any required retail marketing literature (such as promotions, seasonal offers etc).

Retailers will benefit from industry recognised certifications including PCI Compliance Tier 3 and 3D Secure Transaction Capability (Verisign by Visa & Mastercard Securecode). Retailers will also benefit from a liability shift in terms of attempted fraud as this lies solely with Voucher Express.
