How will my Gift Cards be delivered?

Royal Mail is used for deliveries. Delivery charges vary for the amount of Gift Cards ordered with orders over £100 delivered via Special Delivery.

The following delivery charges will apply:

£10 - £30 = £2.50
£40 - £90 = £3.95
£100 and over = £5.50

Please note that we can not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Due to postal restrictions we run a limited delivery period during Christmas Week. For further details please ring our helpline.

I need my Gift Cards to arrive tomorrow, is that possible?

Next working day delivery is available on all amounts and costs £5.50.

Can I send Gift Cards Abroad?

We can deliver to addresses in the Channel Islands and the Scottish Isles and any British Forces Post Office address. We are unable to deliver to other international addresses.

You ask for my e-mail address, why do you need this?

We use e-mail as our primary method of contact. You will receive e-mail from us at various times.

When you place your order: You will receive an e-mail, informing you that your order has been received by our Gift Cards department and is now being processed.

When your order has been dispatched: An e-mail is sent two days before your requested delivery date informing you that your order has now been dispatched. This is to ensure that the recipient receives the Gift Cards on the requested delivery date.

If we have a query with your order: If we have a query with any part of your order you will be sent an e-mail informing you that there is a query and requesting that you contact us.

If your order has failed: On some occasions we may be unable to process an order. You will be informed of this via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been unjustly failed please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.

I want my Gift Cards to arrive in specific denominations, is that possible?

We can provide a mixture of Gift Cards in £5, £10 and £20 denominations. To specify exactly which mixture you would like, please call our helpline on 0845 1222 504 or e-mail us at selfridges@voucherexpress.co.uk.

Can I pay with my Selfridges Account Card?

Unfortunately, at present we are unable to offer this service, however you can use any of the following methods of payment - Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch and American Express.

How do I contact Selfridges Gift Cards?

Is your site a secure site?

All sensitive information is sent from your computer to our secure servers using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to prevent data being intercepted during transmission.

All information collected is stored on our secure systems on our encrypted databases, and credit card numbers are removed from our database once orders have been fulfilled.

In addition to our own verification procedures Voucher Express employs Verified by Visa / MasterCard Securecode which allows customers to protect their credit cards used online by assigning a secret password. If you have joined the scheme you will be required to provide your password during completion of your order. We have no knowledge of, or access to, your password. To maintain secrecy your password is submitted directly to your card issuer, over a secure link, and does not get seen or stored by our system

Do Selfridges Gift Cards have an expiry date?

Selfridges Gift Cards do not have an expiry but should The Selfridges Gift Card not be used for a consecutive period of 24 months - whether to make a purchase, top-up, or to make a balance enquiry - the card will automatically expire at the end of that period and the balance on the card will be forfeited.

Can I order large amounts of Gift Cards?

It is possible to order larger amounts of Gift Cards for business use. Please call our corporate department on 08451 222 505 for further information including details of our discount rates.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit/debit card will be debited by the amount of Gift Cards purchased plus postage.

Your statement will read Voucher Express as the merchant. Please note that there is no VAT on Gift Cards, however receipts can be provided for your records by ringing our helpline number - 0845 1222 504.

Where can I spend a Selfridges Gift Card?

You may use The Selfridges Gift Card to make purchases at any Selfridges store: London Oxford Street, Manchester Trafford, Manchester Exchange Square and Birmingham.

The Selfridges Gift Card is not accepted in certain departments including but not limited to Louis Vuitton, Nespresso, The Wedding Shop, Travelex and Trailfinders.
