How is my Starbucks Card delivered?
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. All Starbucks Card order over £30 need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery charges do vary depending on the amount delivered

Next Working Day Delivery - £4.95*

Next working day delivery is available on all amounts and costs £4.95. Please ring our helpline on 0871 200 1274, to place an order for next day delivery. *Deliveries to Ireland: Please note we do not offer a next day delivery service to the Republic of Ireland. Please note that we can not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If there is no-one available to sign for the Starbucks Cards on arrival, a card will be left by the postman informing the occupant that an attempted delivery was made. The Cards will then be taken to the local Royal Mail Enquiry Office, where they will await collection by the recipient. A suitable form of identification (such as a utilities bill bearing the relevant address) may be required when collecting Starbucks Cards. Should your Starbucks Cards not be collected within 14 days, Royal Mail will return the vouchers to our offices at which point we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a suitable alternative delivery address and date of delivery.

When should I order for Christmas?
A limited delivery will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas. For further details of this, please ring our helpline. Due to the very high volume of orders at Christmas, we do advise customers to order early for Christmas delivery.

What locations do you deliver to?
We can deliver to any British Forces Post Office address and addresses in the Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. We also deliver to all areas of the Republic of Ireland. Despatch of Starbucks Cards is from mainland UK - please allow extra time for your order to arrive if sending to any of the areas listed above. Unfortunately we do not deliver to other areas of the world.
