Where can I spend my Starbucks Card?
Starbucks Cards are supplied in £ sterling and can be redeemed in all Starbucks stores in the UK and Northern Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Mexico and Thailand.

What can I spend my Starbucks Card on?
You can use your Starbucks Card to pay for anything in a Starbucks store – lattes, pastries, coffee presses, whole bean coffee, CDs and more.

Who do I contact with regards to my Starbucks Cards?

How will I know when my order is processed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Two days before your requested delivery date you will receive another e-mail informing you that your Starbucks Cards have been despatched to your chosen recipient.

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail.

On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order. If this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been unjustly failed, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.

How are my Starbucks Cards delivered?
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. All Starbucks Card orders over £30 need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery charges do vary depending on the amount ordered.

Next working day delivery is available on all amounts and costs £4.95. Please ring our helpline on 0871 200 1274, to place an order for next day delivery.

Please note that we can not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If there is no-one available to sign for the vouchers on arrival, a card will be left by the postman informing the occupant that an attempted delivery was made. The Starbucks Cards will then be taken to the local Royal Mail Enquiry Office, where they will await collection by the recipient.

Limited delivery will take place in week immediately after Christmas. For further details of this, please ring our helpline. Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we do advise customers to order early for Christmas delivery.

We can deliver to any BFPO address and addresses in the Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. We are unable to deliver to any other international addresses. Please note that Starbucks Cards are in sterling value and can only be spent in the UK and Northern Ireland.

What if I've made a mistake on my order?
If you have made a mistake on your order, please ring our helpline on Tel No TBA and we will do our best to correct it for you.

Do Starbucks Cards have an expiry date?
Starbucks Cards do not have an expiry date.

What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express' and the charge will be taken in Sterling and converted into your own currency if necessary.

Can I order larger amounts of vouchers?
It is possible to order larger amounts of Starbucks Cards. If your order is for personal use, please call 0871 200 1274 or e-mail starbucks@voucherexpress.co.uk

You ask for my e-mail address, why do you need this?
We use e-mail as our primary method of contact. You will receive e-mails from us at various times during the order process.

When you place your order: you will receive an e-mail, informing you that your order has been received by Starbucks Card Team and is now being processed.

When your order has been despatched: an e-mail is sent two days before your requested delivery date informing you that your order has been despatched.

If we have a query with your order: you will be sent an e-mail informing you that there is a query and requesting that you contact us.

If your order has failed: on some occasions we may be unable to process an order. You will be informed of this via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been unjustly failed please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.

I want my vouchers to arrive in specific denominations. Is that possible?
We can provide Starbucks Cards in any denomination from £5.00 to a maximum of £150.00. If you require multiple Starbucks Cards with specific denominations, please call the Starbucks Card Team on 0871 200 1274

How do I register my Starbucks Card?
You can register online at www.starbucks.co.uk. This will enable you to view your recent spending history, amend your personal details and sign up to our newsletters. It also protects your balance.

The Starbucks Card can also be registered by Starbucks customer care team on 0845 270 3310. You will not able to view your spending history on-line if you register by this method, though you can still view your balance on our website and your balance is displayed on your receipt following each transaction.
