  1. Sales of Starbucks Cards made via links from www.starbucks.co.uk are managed by Voucher Express - a trading company of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: 169725424
  2. Starbucks Cards supplied by this website are in £ sterling which can be redeemed in participating UK and Northern Irish stores. Starbucks Cards may only be used for making purchases of Starbucks goods and services at participating Starbucks locations.
  3. Starbucks Cards should be treated like cash. It is recommended you register it immediately at www.starbucks.co.uk. If you Card is lost or stolen, the value remaining on the Card at the time you call Starbucks Customer Care on 0845 270 3310 can be replaced only if it has been previously registered.
  4. Starbucks Cards ordered through the Voucher Express Starbucks site will be sent to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £30 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
  5. Starbucks Cards will normally be despatched within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but Voucher Express shall not be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
  6. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Voucher Express has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged Starbucks Cards once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of delivery.
  7. Voucher Express is not directly linked to Starbucks or any Starbucks company and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Starbucks and Starbucks companies.
  8. Starbucks Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any Starbucks Cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
  9. Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Voucher Express". We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.
  10. Any amount on your Starbucks Card less than the equivalent of £5 is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash; any amount greater than the equivalent of £5 may be redeemed for cash by calling 0845 270 3310Starbucks Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Starbucks stores.
  11. In supplying Starbucks Cards Voucher Express represent the interests of Starbucks and Starbucks companies. In no circumstances should the trading name, image, logo, trademark or other brand identity of Starbucks be used in conjunction with the use of these cards.
  12. Information concerning the Starbucks Card Complaint Handling Policy and the Financial Ombudsman Service is available on www.starbucks.co.uk where you will find the complete Account Terms of Use and Agreement. Use of your Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Force Majeure ; Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.

Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.

We control and operate the web site from our offices within England. Accordingly the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this web site and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our web site from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between Voucher Express and you the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.
