Voucher Express also offers a guaranteed same day despatch service at a cost of £7.50, please note that this option means that parcels are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature on arrival. This is available on all orders, irrespective of value, placed before 3pm GMT, Monday to Thursday. Whilst this does not absolutely guarantee that your order will be delivered the next working day, it does ensure that your order is prioritised and in most cases next day delivery is achieved.
Voucher Express are also able to deliver to international addresses, although we cannot guarantee the date of delivery.
Please note we are unable to make deliveries on a Sunday or on Bank Holidays.
Unless you are using our next day service, please allow up to three working days for orders to be delivered. At peak delivery times such as Christmas, normal deliveries may incur delays and we would advise that orders placed for special occasions are made in good time.
Deliveries are usually made Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays and can be made to any UK postal address.
