Our standard delivery charges are based on the overall cost of your purchase of gift vouchers or gift cards.
If your gift voucher or gift card order is for £30 or below then delivery is charged at £1.00. In this instance delivery is made by Royal Mail 1st class post.
If your gift voucher or gift card order is between £30 and £95, the delivery charge is £2.95. This covers delivery by Royal Mail Recorded Post which involves a signature on arrival.
If your gift voucher or gift card order is between £100 and £250, the delivery charge is £4.95. This covers delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery which also requires a signature on arrival.
Voucher Express also offers a guaranteed same day despatch service at a cost of £6.50. This is available on all orders, irrespective of value, placed before 3pm GMT, Monday to Thursday. Whilst this does not absolutely guarantee that your order will be delivered the next working day, it does ensure that your order is prioritised and in most cases next day delivery is achieved.
Please note we are unable to make deliveries on a Sunday or on Bank Holidays.
Unless you are using our next day service, please allow up to three working days for orders to be delivered. At peak delivery times such as Christmas, normal deliveries may incur delays and we would advise that orders placed for special occasions are made in good time.
Deliveries are usually made Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays and can be made to any UK postal address.
